We ship from Kerpen with DHL Paket and DHL Express (on request). We try our best to ensure that all orders received by 11:00 a.m. on working days are handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day. Delivery to packing stations is possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link with the tracking number and updates on the shipping status.

All standard shipments with DHL to Germany are free of shipping costs.

If you would like to benefit from DHL Express shipping, you can select this option for an additional charge.

For orders that are not picked up at the post office and then returned to us, as well as for orders that are refused, a fee of 12 euros will be charged to cover the return fee and processing costs.

We also ship within the EU or to Switzerland upon request. Please send us a short email to: hello@filippo-avanti.com.

SHIPPING TIME

If your order/payment is received before 11:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day. Within Germany, your order should be with you within 2 days.

These are the usual shipping times:

Standard shipping with DHL within Germany 3-5 working days

Standard shipping with DHL or DPD within the EU 5-8 working days.

Please note that the above times are estimates based on experience. We will proactively inform you about the shipment status as soon as the order has been dispatched.
