How can I return my product?

• You can return your product up to 30 days after receipt
• You must announce your return in our returns portal .
• The product must be in its original condition and unwashed
• The product must be returned in its original packaging. Original labels must not be removed.
• If your product arrives without accessories, we will invoice you for the missing products or this amount will be deducted.
  
• For orders that are not picked up at the post office and then returned to us, as well as for orders that are refused, a fee of €12 will be charged to cover the return postage and handling costs. This fee may be higher for orders sent abroad.
  
  If the returned item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.
